Kimberly Degner is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the construction and remodeling industry. She is renowned as a founding partner of Renaissance Design and Construction, a company known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the field.
Kimberly’s passion for construction and remodeling began at an early age, as she grew up surrounded by the industry. Her hands-on experience and expertise span across all aspects of construction, including tiling, electrical work, plumbing, painting, space planning, design and much more. Her detail-oriented approach, combined with her logical project management skills, has set her apart in the industry.
With a track record of successfully managing and designing a multitude of projects, Kimberly has earned a reputation for her commitment to quality and precision. Her ability to oversee projects from concept to completion, while ensuring the highest standards are met, has made her an invaluable asset to Renaissance Design and Construction.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Kimberly’s interests include personal construction projects, golf and creating art. Her dedication to craftsmanship extends beyond the workplace, as she continually seeks opportunities to express her creativity and skills in various domains.
Kimberly’s extensive project management experience, coupled with her unwavering dedication to her craft, has made her a respected figure in the construction and remodeling industry. Kimberly is married to her husband Randy, and they have two daughters, two sons, two sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law and three wonderful grandchildren.
Stephen Wells
Stephen is a seasoned professional with a deep-rooted career in real estate. His journey in this industry culminated in the founding of Renaissance Design and Construction in 2019, a venture born from years of experience and collaboration with a business partner who complements his skill set. Together, they have streamlined the process of “Bringing Your Home to Life.”
Stephen’s educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, which he earned from the University of Houston in 2001. He launched his real estate career as a Commercial Office Lease Negotiator at Grubb and Ellis Co. Following a strong aspiration to explore residential construction, he transitioned into residential home lending, new home sales and custom home building. After six years of custom home construction, Stephen pivoted into sales of remodeling projects, with a particular focus on high-end kitchen, bathroom and exterior remodels.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Stephen finds balance in his personal life. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Brandy, and a loving father to their three children, Nicholas, Macie and Noah. They call Pearland, Texas, their home.
With Stephen’s wealth of expertise and dedication, he continues to play a vital role in transforming homes and making the dream of ideal living spaces a reality for countless clients.
Heather Simon
Heather Simon is a dynamic professional with a diverse background and an unwavering commitment to excellence. After a successful 17-year career as a Registered Nurse, Heather embarked on a new journey, transitioning into the world of interior design and construction. Her dedication to providing exceptional care as a nurse now translates into creating extraordinary spaces for her clients.
Heather’s passion for design and construction has been a driving force in her career. With a deep understanding of both form and function, she brings a unique perspective to her role as a Project Manager and Designer at Renaissance Design and Construction. Her experience and hands-on knowledge make her an invaluable asset to the team.
Known for her loyalty, hard work, self-motivation, efficiency and genuine desire to make people happy, Heather Simon is an invaluable member of the Renaissance Design and Construction team. Heather is married to Anthony and is a dedicated mother of three young children, Emily, Madelyn and Jacob, who are actively involved in sports, keeping her on her toes.
