Frequently Asked Questions

- Show AnswerHow long will the design take? How long will it take to get the contract? The design process can happen as quickly as a few weeks to a couple of months to collaborate with our designers to make the decisions needed to provide you with a construction contract.
After all of the decisions are made, a contract is typically ready within 2 – 3 weeks. - Show AnswerWhen will my project start? We will begin work shortly after the contract is signed and the permits are ready (if required). Typically, we will begin to work 2 -3 weeks from the signed contract date.
- Show AnswerHow many subcontractors will be working on my job?RDC has developed close, sometimes decade long, relationships with all our subcontractors to ensure the best communication, schedule availability and quality of workmanship. Our team includes a demo team, master electricians, master plumbers, carpenters, and others.
